RFI PRIVACY
Your home is personal.
RFI collects the contact information, property details, and requests you choose to share so our team can review your needs and coordinate your service.
Project access
Project links use a random code rather than a name or address. Project details and photos require sign-in and authorization. A QR code alone does not grant access to private records.
Mailer activity
Personalized concept links are public. RFI records how often a campaign link opens, its most recent open time, and inquiries submitted through it. Open counts are approximate and do not identify who scanned a code.
Your records
Information is saved in RFI’s workspace and is available to authorized RFI team members. Homeowners can access their assigned projects. RFI does not provide its private vendor directory to members.
Documents and financial information
Do not submit financial account details, identity documents, payment information, or private permit files. Sensitive document uploads will be enabled only after verified multi-factor authentication is available.
Contact and changes
Use your RFI concierge thread to request a correction or removal of your information. You can also submit a contact request.
